The utility model has the advantages of convenient operation, no need for lubrication, low power consumption, and uniform adjustment of the ore supply amount; therefore, it has been widely used. Generally used for loose materials. According to the performance requirements of the equipment, the barrage plate at the bottom of the silo should be set to a sufficient height.
The vibrating feeder can feed the block and granular materials uniformly and continuously from the silo to the receiving device. In the gravel production line, the crusher can be continuously and evenly fed to avoid clogging of the crusher receiving port.
 
Compared with other feeding equipment, electromagnetic vibrating feeder has the following characteristics:
(1) Small size, light weight, simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance;
(2) Non-rotating parts, no lubrication, no motor and reducer, low operating cost;
(3) Since the feeder uses the resonance principle of mechanical vibration, the double mass works in the low critical near resonance state, so the power consumption is small;
(4) For the electromagnetic vibrating feeder controlled by the thyristor half-wave rectification line, the feeding amount can be adjusted steplessly by adjusting the opening angle of the thyristor, and the centralized control and automatic control of the production process can be realized;
(5) Since the material is continuously thrown up in the feed tank during the feeding process and jumps forward according to the parabolic trajectory, the wear of the feed tank is small.
